Lisa Goodwin • Principal

Lisa Goodwin is a Principal of the firm, with responsibility for building and overseeing the firm’s institutional investment platform. Ms. Goodwin brings more than 30 years of experience in industrial real estate, with deep expertise across multiple US markets in asset repositioning, portfolio optimization, and value-creation strategies across bulk and light industrial properties. Her experience spans the full investment lifecycle, including acquisition underwriting, development oversight, capital planning, leasing strategy, and asset disposition. Earlier in her career, she oversaw Liberty Property Trust’s Maryland-based investment and operating platform. Ms. Goodwin also held senior asset management roles at Goldman Sachs and New Boston Fund.
