Light value-add component with some lease-up risk but fundamentally stable properties. Occupancy 85–95% with mark-to-market lease-up opportunity as well as tenant profile improvement.


Value Add Opportunities

Under-leased, under-managed, under-invested, or mis-marketed assets.


Deal size:
$20 million and up

Focus on core plus & value-add returns as determined by the Capital Partner

Co-Investment Available

Hold Period:
– Core Plus: 5–10 years
– Value-Add: 3–5 years
