Scott Aden • Managing Director, Development and Construction

Mr. Aden manages and directs all the company’s entitlement, development and construction projects on behalf of the firm’s investment partners. Mr. Aden also leads the firms project managers tasked with strategy execution for the company’s investments overseeing capital projects as well as tenant fit outs.   Mr. Aden has over 15 years of experience in development and construction across multiple strategies including ground-up, value-add, and redevelopment and asset classes including retail, mixed-use, industrial, multi-family, LIHTC, office, healthcare and marinas.  Prior to joining 1788, Mr. Aden was Vice President of Development and Asset Management at Menkiti Group. 

Mr. Aden attended the University of Florida where he received a BS in Industrial Engineering and Finance.
