Gregg Ruyak  •  Controller

Mr. Ruyak has more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience and more than 25 years of corporate accounting and finance experience in various capacities including corporate controller, asset management and chief financial officer.

Mr. Ruyak’s wide range of leadership roles at CarrAmerica Realty Corporation and its predecessors included asset manager for several of the company’s national markets and director of accounting for the third party management division.

Most recently, as chief financial officer of Emerging Markets Management, LLC, Mr. Ruyak oversaw the successful sale of the highly regarded institutional emerging markets investment advisor.

Mr. Ruyak graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business and a Major in Accounting.  He passed the CPA exam in 1993.
